CANCELLATION
We REQUIRE a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service(s) scheduled.
If you need to cancel your appointment the day of, we will do our best to fill that time with a client from our waitlist. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
NO SHOWS and no call will be charged 75% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
ADJUSTMENTS
We strive to provide the highest level of service possible. Please contact us within 7 days if your hair requires a colour, toner or haircut adjustment (a little more texture, another tone, etc.). We will try our best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible!
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds.

Foundation Hair Salon and Academy is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and inclusive environment for all staff and clients.
In accordance with our business code of conduct, all team members and clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes a positive working environment. We maintain the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.
